2011 Siesta Key Fourth of July Celebration

The 2011 Siesta Key Fireworks Celebration was a spectacular evening with
high spirits that even the rain could not dampen. At one point they
even broke out into song honoring our Nation's independence! VIP
attendees enjoyed delicious food, lively libations, face painting and
family fun followed by one of the most memorable fireworks displays of
all times.
We would like to thank all of those who supported this year's fireworks through the purchase of VIP packages and donations.
We look forward to seeing you next year!

The Winner of This Year's Raffle to Start the Siesta Key Fireworks Celebration!

This year, the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce raffled off an
opportunity to start the 2011 Siesta Key 4th of July Fireworks
Celebration. As our lucky winner, Holly Ferguson donned an official
Zambelli Fireworks hardhat and detonated the TNT plunger box to kick-off
the fireworks celebration in front of thousands of attendees. The
fireworks display was one to remember as the "oohs" and "ahhs" echoed
through the crowds. Make sure you don't miss out on your chance to win

Inaugural Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce
Firecracker 5K

The Siesta Key Chamber of
Commerce was excited to announce the inaugural Firecracker 5K at Siesta
Beach. The Chamber partnered with the Manasota Track Club to host a 1
mile fun run and a 5k run on the morning of July 2, 2011. Although the
race was cancelled due to inclement weather, the turnout was a wild
success and the anticipation for next year's race is tremendous! We
would like to thank all of those who participated for your support! A
huge thank you goes out to everyone who dedicated their time and effort
to bring this race to life, which has now set the bar for many
successful years to come. Every cent of proceeds from the event went towards funding the annual 4th of July community fireworks celebration.

Coast Latin Chambers of Commerce to present East Meets West III, an
after hours business exposition.
We
are down to the last remaining available tables, as limited exhibitor
spots have been provided for each participating group and it is a first

| Our own CB's Saltwater Outfitters was named Orvis Outfitter of the Year
June 1, 2011 at Orvis's Annual Endorsed Guide Rendezvous in Wyoming. In
addition to earning this high honor, Aledia Tush, President of CB's
Saltwater Outfitters, was elected as the Southeast Regional seat on the
